Key Accomplishments

Fiscal Health: Increased the county’s fund balance and reduced property taxes while tightly controlling county hiring and operational expenses.

Infrastructure & Facilities: Oversaw major infrastructure initiatives, including the sewer district consolidation project, and worked with the legislature to purchase and convert the building at 150 Lake Street in Elmira into a centralized home for county offices, including the District Attorney’s Office.
